Puppies can start Milbemax from 2 weeks of age, making it suitable for early parasite control.
How often should Milbemax be given?
Puppies should be treated at 2, 4, 8, and 12 weeks of age, then every 3 months. Adult dogs should be treated every 3 months, however for heartworm prevention Milbemax must be administered monthly.
What is the dosage for small dogs?
Dogs weighing 0.5 to 1 kg should receive half a tablet, while dogs weighing 1 to 5 kg should receive one tablet.
What are the active ingredients?
Each tablet contains 2.5 mg of Milbemycin Oxime and 25 mg of Praziquantel.
