Milbemax Broad-Spectrum Allwormer Tablets 0.5 - 5kg

For the treatment and control of roundworms, hookworms, whipworms, and tapeworms and prevention of heartworm in dogs and puppies over 2 weeks of age.

Sold as Single Tablets,  a Packet of Two Tablets or a Box of 50 Tablets

Composition of Tablets

Milbemax Tablets for Small Dogs 0.5-5kg. Each tablet contains Milbemycin oxime 2.5mg, praziquantel 25mg

Dosage and Administration

Milbemax Tablets for Small Dogs 0.5 to 5kg

  • Dog weight 0.5 to 1kg - 1/2 tablet
  • Dog weight 1 to 5kg - 1 tablet
  • Dog Weight 5 to 10kg - 2 tablets

Gastrointestinal Worming

Treat puppies at 2, 4, 8 and 12 weeks of age, then every 3 months. Lactating bitches should be treated at the same time as their puppies. Adult dogs should be treated every 3 months.

Heartworm Prevention

For heartworm prevention, Milbemax must be administered monthly.  Prior to using Milbemax, dogs must be tested by a veterinarian for heartworm and must be free of heartworm infection. Use of Milbemax in Heartworm infected dogs can be life threatening.
