Returns, Refunds and Order Cancellations

Oz Fur Kids Pty Ltd manages returns, refunds and replacements in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Returns

Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind purchases. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where products are no longer required, were ordered incorrectly, were not used, were purchased elsewhere after an order was placed, or where the customer has otherwise decided they no longer want the item.

Certain products are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene, handling, storage, or perishable requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, opened products, liquids such as calcium supplements, and powders including puppy milk replacers.

In limited circumstances, Oz Fur Kids may approve a return or issue a store credit at our discretion. Any return request must be submitted in writing within 21 days of the purchase date and approved by Oz Fur Kids prior to any items being returned.

Unauthorised returns will not be refunded or credited.

Where a store credit is approved, it will be valid for two years from the date of issue.

Unauthorised Returns

Please note that any items returned without prior approval under our returns policy will not be refunded or credited. If returned items are received, the customer will be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping back to themselves within 3 months of notification. Items not collected within this timeframe may be donated or otherwise disposed of.

Items Sent In Error & Faulty Items

Items sent by Oz Fur Kids in error (different to that which was ordered) or items faulty at receipt (proof required) will be replaced at our cost. We reserve the right to request the incorrect or faulty item be sent back to us. Oz Fur Kids must be notified within 21 days of purchase of an incorrectly received a faulty item. Oz Fur Kids reserves the right to inspect items claimed to be faulty and determine if a refund or replacement should be provided. Incorrectly received items must be unopened and in original packaging to receive a replacement.

Order Cancellations

There is a 10% charge for domestic order cancellations and a 15% charge for international order cancellations. This covers our refund fees incurred. The percentage is calculated on the total order including shipping. If the order has been shipped we cannot cancel it.
