Postage Cost

Postage is calculated at check-out prior to paying. Postage within Australia will vary depending on weight and speed of delivery. We use Australia Post for shipping so our customers in regional and remote locations and those who have PO Box addresses can shop with confidence. 

Shipping Options

We offer Australia Post Standard Shipping or Australia Post Express Shipping. We ship from Port Lincoln 5606.

Shipping Time Frames

Time frames for delivery vary depending on location but Express Post is generally 1 to 4 business days from dispatch and Parcel Post up to 7 business days. Delivery Speeds and Coverage can be found at the link below. Please note that postage estimates may vary due to a number of factors beyond our control.

International Postage

International postage varies depending on country. All postage costs can be seen at the check out before you pay for your order. For our overseas customers please note - it is your responsibility to ensure the products you order are allowed into your country. Oz Fur Kids will not be held liable for any products you order being confiscated by customs. Oz Fur Kids will also not be liable for any import taxes or additional costs your country may require you to pay. 

Order Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges

Oz Fur Kids Pty Ltd manages returns, refunds and replacements in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Returns

Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind purchases that have been shipped. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where products are no longer required, were ordered incorrectly, were not used, were purchased elsewhere after an order was placed, or where the customer has otherwise decided they no longer want the item.

Certain products are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene, handling, storage, or perishable requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, opened products, liquids such as calcium supplements, and powders including puppy milk replacers.

In limited circumstances, Oz Fur Kids may approve a return or issue a store credit at our discretion. Any return request must be submitted in writing within 21 days of the purchase date and approved by Oz Fur Kids prior to any items being returned.

Unauthorised returns will not be refunded or credited.

Where a store credit is approved, it will be valid for two years from the date of issue.

Unauthorised Returns

Please note that any items returned without prior approval under our returns policy will not be refunded or credited. If returned items are received, the customer will be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping back to themselves within 3 months of notification. Items not collected within this timeframe may be donated or otherwise disposed of.

Faulty Items

Items sent by Oz Fur Kids in error (different to that which was ordered) or items faulty at receipt (proof required) will be replaced at our cost. We reserve the right to request the incorrect or faulty item be sent back to us. Oz Fur Kids must be notified within 21 days of purchase of an incorrectly received a faulty item. Oz Fur Kids reserves the right to inspect items claimed to be faulty and determine if a refund or replacement should be provided. Incorrectly received items must be unopened and in original packaging to receive a replacement.

Order Cancellations and Refunds

Under Australian Consumer Law, we are under no obligation to accept cancellations, returns or refunds for a change of mind purchase once an order has been placed. 

We do however accept change of mind order cancellations if the order has not been shipped. There is a 5% cancellation charge which  covers our payment processing and refund fees we have incurred. The percentage is calculated on the total order including shipping.

Additionally, if your order has already been packed prior to cancellation, a packaging and handling fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the costs of materials and labour. 

If the order has been shipped we cannot cancel it.
