POSTAGE & RETURNS
Pick up is available from Lewiston, South Australia. Please phone us with your order.
Next day shipping on all orders placed by 7pm.
We keep our postage costs as low as possible.
Postage within Australia will vary depending on weight and speed of delivery and start from as little as $3.80. We use Australia Post for shipping so our customers in regional locations and those who have PO Box addresses can shop with confidence. We insure all trackable parcels at no additional cost to you. We do not cover or replace for loss of non trackable postage selected by customers (See Methods of Postage Below)
International postage varies depending on country. All postage costs can be seen at the check out before you pay for your order. For our overseas customers. Please note it is your responsibility to ensure the products you order are allowed into your country. Oz Fur Kids will not be held liable for any products you order being confiscated by customs. Oz Fur Kids will also not be liable for any import taxes or additional costs your country may require you to pay.
METHODS OF POSTAGE:
Very Small Products Only. Your products will be posted via a Priority Post Letter (in an Envelope). This service is not trackable and therefore we do not offer replacement or refund for non delivery.
Tracked & INSURED
Your products are posted via Australia Post Express or Standard delivery service within Australia. A tracking number will be given to you. If on the very rare occasion your package goes missing in transit or arrives damaged (please take photos) - please notify us within 30 days of order placement and we will open a query with Australia Post. We encourage you to do the same. If Australia Post notifies us in writing that they are unable to locate the package or they accept liability for the damage, we will replace your order (unless Australia Post has refunded you personally). We will not be held liable for missing packages that are showing a "delivered" status by Australia Post however again we are happy to open an enquiry with Australia Post. We will not be held liable if you have given an incorrect address.
Refunds will be given at the discretion of Oz Fur Kids. Some products including, but not limited to liquids like Calcium and powders such as puppy milk are not able to be returned. For change of mind purchases or incorrectly ordered items or sizes please contact us to advise of your intent to return within 30 days of the order purchase date. Goods authorised for return must be returned in their original packaging and must be fit for re-sale. All return freight charges are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item is faulty or has been sent in error by us. Once we have received the item/s we will inspect for damage or soiling. If the item is deemed able to be resold we will issue a refund. If the item is deemed not able to be resold we will notify you that we are not able to refund and you will have 14 days from date of notification to arrange shipping of the product back to you or it will be disposed of or donated to a rescue group at our discretion.
We do not charge handling fees for returns/exchanges.
