POSTAGE & RETURNS

Pick up is available from Lewiston, South Australia. Please phone us with your order.

Next day shipping on all orders placed by 7pm. 

We keep our postage costs as low as possible.

Postage within Australia will vary depending on weight and speed of delivery and start from as little as $3.80. We use Australia Post for shipping so our customers in regional locations and those who have PO Box addresses can shop with confidence. Insurance is available on all orders for lost or damaged goods.

International postage varies depending on country. All postage costs can be seen at the check out before you pay for your order.

Overseas Customers

For our overseas customers. Please note it is your responsibility to ensure the products you order are allowed into your country. Oz Fur Kids will not be held liable for any products you order being confiscated by customs. Oz Fur Kids will also not be liable for any import taxes or additional costs your country may require you to pay.

METHODS OF POSTAGE:
No Tracking – NO Insurance
Your products will be posted via Australia Post “Priority Post” in an Envelope. This service is not trackable and Oz Fur Kids® will not be liable if your package does not arrive or arrives damaged.

No Tracking – With Freighty® Insurance
Your products will be posted via Australia Post “Priority Post” in an Envelope and is INSURED . This service is not trackable. Should your package be lost or damaged in transit please contact Freighty® directly. Oz Fur Kids® is not able to process your insurance claim.

Tracked - NO insurance
Your products are posted via Australia Post Express or Standard delivery service within Australia. They are trackable but UNINSURED. Therefore if your package goes missing please notify us within 30 days of order placement and we will open a query with Australia Post in an endeavor to track these items. We also suggest the customer opens a query too. If Australia Post is not able to locate the package, we will not be held liable. We will also not be held liable for damage in transit.
Tracked - PLUS INSURANCE
Your products are posted via Australia Post Express or Standard delivery service within Australia. They are trackable and INSURED. Insurance is through Freighty® and must be selected at check-out and paid for to be applied. If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact Freighty® to make your claim. Please take photos of damaged goods and packaging. Freighty® Insurance is only available to Australian Customers. For International Customers requiring Insurance please contact Oz Fur Kids.

Returns and Exchanges
No refunds will be given for change of mind purchases or if the customer has purchased incorrect items however a store credit may be applied at the discretion of Oz Fur Kids®. To return an item you must contact us in writing (messenger, text or email) within 30 days of the order purchase date to request a return authorisation.

Goods authorised for return must be returned in their original packaging and must be fit for re-sale. All return freight charges are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item is faulty or has been sent in error by us. Once we have received the item/s we will inspect to ensure we can re-sell it. If the item is deemed able to be resold we will notify you and issue a store credit or exchange. If the item is deemed not able to be resold we will notify you that we are not able to exchange or offer a store credit and you will have 14 days from date of notification to arrange shipping of the product back to you or it will be disposed of or donated to a rescue group at our discretion.

We do not charge handling fees for returns/exchanges.
