Product Description

The Pigeon SofTouch Wide Neck Bottle and Teat range offers a soft, breast-like feeding option for bottle feeding puppies and is particularly well suited to brachycephalic breeds of all sizes. The wider teat shape can provide a comfortable feeding option for puppies with shorter, flatter muzzles.

Originally designed for human babies the SofTouch teat is designed to support natural sucking and comfortable latching. Its soft, flexible and elastic silicone construction is designed to more closely resemble the feel of a mother's nipple.

The lightweight 160mL PP bottle includes a soft, flexible Size SS (0+) teat with a smaller tip, making it a practical option for bottle feeding newborn and small puppies. Pigeonā€™s built-in Air Ventilation System (AVS) supports smooth milk flow while helping reduce swallowed air, gas and colic.

Pigeon's teat sizes and age recommendations are designed for human babies and do not indicate the appropriate teat size or age for puppies.

Additional Information

The bottles are made using 20% ISCC mass balance certified bio-based plastic (Biomass-PP), reducing reliance on non-renewable virgin plastics, and are BPA and BPS free.

How to Use

Before first use and after every feed, wash the bottle and teat thoroughly and sterilise.

To assemble, insert the teat through the bottle collar and press down firmly to ensure it is secure and sitting evenly. Check that the air ventilation system opens correctly, then screw the collar securely onto the bottle.

When bottle feeding puppies, always choose a teat and flow rate appropriate for the individual puppy. Milk should flow at a controlled rate and should never pour freely from the teat, as feeding too quickly can increase the risk of milk entering the lungs.
