Milbemax Allwormer for Dogs Over 5kg provides broad spectrum treatment and control of common gastrointestinal worms, including roundworm, hookworm, whipworm, and tapeworm. Milbemax prevents heartworm disease in dogs when given on a regular monthly basis.  Convenient and easy to administer, each pack contains 2 tablets and can treat dogs weighing up to 50kg.

Dosage

Dogs over 5kg up to 25kg: 1 tablet
Dogs over 25kg up to 50kg: 2 tablets

Treatment Schedule

Adult Dogs

  • Treat every 3 months.

Puppies

For puppies over 5kg and over 2 weeks of age:

  • Treat at 2 weeks
  • Treat at 4 weeks
  • Treat at 8 weeks
  • Treat at 12 weeks
  • Then every 3 months

Pregnant and Lactating Bitches

  • Treat at mating
  • Treat before whelping
  • Treat when puppies are 2, 4, 8, and 12 weeks old
  • Then every 3 months

Additional Information

For Heartworm Prevention

For heartworm prevention, Milbemax should be administered monthly, preferably on the same date each month. If your dog has not been on regular heartworm prevention, you should have your veterinarian confirm, by a simple test, that your dog does not have heartworm before administering Milbemax.

Milbemax tablets should be stored at room temperature, between 15-25 °C
