Composition
Each litre of Hartmann’s Solution (Compound Sodium Lactate) contains a balanced combination of electrolytes, including sodium chloride, potassium chloride, calcium chloride, and sodium lactate, dissolved in water for injections. The formulation is designed to closely resemble the electrolyte composition of extracellular body fluid, supporting effective fluid and electrolyte replacement during fluid therapy.
