Product Description

Glucose 50% Intravenous Infusion 50mL is a sterile solution of anhydrous glucose in water for injections. It is used in veterinary medicine to provide a concentrated source of glucose and may be utilised in the management of severe hypoglycaemia and other situations where concentrated caloric support is required.

The solution is adjusted to a pH of 3.5 to 6.5 using sodium bicarbonate or hydrochloric acid and is intended for administration only under appropriate veterinary supervision.
